District Vendor Setup: We provide all necessary documentation for vendor approval, including: W-9 Form, Proof of Professional Liability Insurance, Professional License & Credential Verification, etc. We work with your district to ensure we are onboarded according to your needs.

Yes! We have a bilingual school psychologist and speech language pathologist on staff. While direct services are for Spanish speakers, RootEd is happy to consult for the evaluations in other languages.
