IEP and 504 Coaching Questions

  • Our physical office is located in Centennial, CO! We offer virtual services in 48 states through PSYPACT certification and in-person services to the greater Denver, CO area.

Click on our Contact page to see our exact location.

  • We are an assessment-focused practice that specializes in evaluations for children and getting them support in school. Unlike many practices that focus on therapy, testing is our main focus here! We truly love the work we do.

Our clinicians have backgrounds in both clinical and educational settings, so that we can provide strengths-based, comprehensive evaluations that are uniquely tailored to your child’s actual world—the classroom. Our goal is to provide the highest level of expertise to ensure you don’t waste years of time or money on unnecessary services.

  • We are a private pay practice and do not bill insurance companies directly. However, if your plan includes out-of-network benefits, we provide a superbill you can submit to your insurer for potential reimbursement.

We believe clinical decisions should be made by experts and parents, not insurance companies. Staying independent allows us to provide a customized, strengths-based evaluation tailored specifically to your child’s needs without the restrictions or diagnostic requirements often imposed by insurance.

Check out our Rates and Insurance page for more information.

  • Getting started is simple. We begin with a free 15-minute consultation to discuss your concerns and determine if our services are the right fit for your child.

    1. Schedule a Call: Scroll down our Contact page to book a time that works for you.

    2. Initial Consultation: We’ll discuss your child’s history and your goals.

    3. The Intake: Once we decide to move forward, we’ll schedule a formal intake interview to begin your child's journey toward clarity.

  • We complete comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological assessments for children and adolescents. Our main areas of focus are evaluations for ADHD, autism, learning disorders, and giftedness. We help any child that is struggling with academic, emotional, or behavioral concerns, or any parent that simply wants more insights into their child’s learning profile.

  • If your child is consistently struggling with learning, focus, or social cues, a comprehensive evaluation can provide the clarity needed to stop the guesswork. Getting the right insights can save you and your child years of frustration and the expense of unnecessary services that don’t address the root cause.

  • We work with children, adolescents, and young adults ages 4-21. We occasionally work with clients outside of that range, so please contact us if you need support.

  • We do not currently have a waitlist. We’re currently scheduling assessments about 2 weeks out.

  • An IEP/504 Coach helps you understand the complex world of special education law. You receive clear information on the IEP process, guidance on how to communicate more effectively with schools and teachers, and make sure your child gets the best support for their needs.

  • There’s no right or wrong time to receive coaching support. Parents can receive guidance whether they are just exploring support options, feel their child’s needs aren’t being met, or when their child already has an IEP but it doesn’t feel like the right fit.

We help you design a path forward and help you feel confident about making the right decisions for your child.

  • Yes, meeting attendance is available as an add-on for Colorado families who have selected one of the IEP/504 Coaching packages.

  • While there isn’t a huge difference in coaching versus advocacy, we focus on coaching because we want to empower you to be the expert advocate for your child’s entire school career. We are happy to support you at whatever level you desire, whether that is working behind the scenes or collaborating with you and your child’s teachers.
